What it is

sungfor.me makes a song about a specific person — for a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding, a best friend, a thank-you, or no reason at all. You tell us their name, who they are to you, and a few things only you would know. A few minutes later there is a full song, about three minutes long, that names them and is built around those details.

How a song is made

A language model writes the lyric from what you tell us. A second pass reads the draft without seeing the first one's reasoning and criticises it, and the draft is revised. Then a music model arranges, sings and masters it. You can watch each stage on the page while it happens. The lyric and the performance are made by AI, and we say so on every page.

What it costs

$19.99 per song, or $39.99 for three. One payment, no subscription, and credits do not expire. Every song comes with one free remake from the same details. A song that fails to generate refunds its credit automatically. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

What it is not

It is not a human songwriter, and it is not licensed for commercial use: songs are for one person to give to another. Songs are written in English. They are private by default — nobody hears one until you send the link — and we never use a customer's song as an example; the samples on the home page are about made-up people.
